Refund and Return Policy

At DoobieDoo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below:
 

1. Returns

1.1 Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
1.2 To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
1.3 Certain items, such as undergarments and sale items, are not eligible for returns.
 

2. Refunds

2.1 Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
2.2 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
2.3 Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
 

3. Exchanges

3.1 Exchanges are allowed for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
3.2 If the desired item is out of stock, you may choose to receive a refund or store credit.
 

4. Return Process

4.1 To initiate a return, contact us at doobiedooart@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
4.2 Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label (if applicable).
4.3 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

5.1 If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
5.2 We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, for defective items.
